30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund (provided the product is undamaged).

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging.

  • When returning an item, include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.

  • Returns received at may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

  • If you receive a refund, your original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your order was shipped under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.


  • All items marked as "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for a return, refund or an exchange.

  • Non-returnable products include: Any discontinued, customized, Cut-to-Length, Made-to-Order or Assembled Products.

Once we receive your item

  • We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you (via email) of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty Claims

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time. However, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest as they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has "shipped," marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Recycling Shipping Materials

Almost all products shipped out to customers are packaged in reused cardboard boxes with reused packaging materials. The cardboard boxes and packaging materials come from suppliers to which get a second life when they are used again to ship products out to our customers.


  • To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must be a total of $100 or more (before any taxes and fees) and under 22 KG*.
  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will have a free shipping option provided at checkout along with other billable shipping options if expedited shipping is required.
  • Orders must ship to a single address only and cannot be split intentionally to receive free shipping. reserves the right to make the determination of such types of orders and reject them if they are deemed to exist.
  • Due to costs associated with shipping this offer excludes locations in Canada considered “remote areas” by Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator. If, however, you're uncertain as to whether or not you're in a designated remote location, just email us anytime at
  • reserves the right to reject any shipment from this offer in the event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy. In all of these cases, we will notify you of any freight charges that need to be paid prior to shipping out your order.

* The greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight
NOTE: Volumetric Weight - The bigger an item is, the more room it takes up on a vehicle or aircraft, and therefore the more it costs to send. If an item is large but light, the price will be based on the size rather than the weight.
