Order Confirmation

Once your order payment is completed and your order has been fully reviewed and approved by ohcanadasupply.ca, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a detailed summary of the items you purchased, complete with descriptions, quantities, and any relevant options you selected.

Timeframe

• We process orders 5 days a week (Mon - Fri). Orders placed before 12PM MDT are generally processed and shipped on the same day, depending on stock availability. Orders received after this time are typically processed and shipped the next available business day.
• Depending on your location, the estimated delivery times is 1-7 business days from the time your order is shipped. While we strive to meet these timelines, please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• In the event that any items from your order are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reach out to you promptly. We will provide you with various options to help you proceed with your order as smoothly as possible.
• Express shipments are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

Handling

• In all orders, we strive to ship individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time. However, if that is not possible, we will begin shipping individual packages as soon as they are available and conditions allow. In these cases, our notification that your order has "shipped" indicates that shipping has begun; it does not mean that all items in the order have been shipped at that time. Each package will have a separate tracking number.
• Please note that credit cards and debit cards will be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not on the date of shipping.
• You'll get a separate email with a tracking number and shipping details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• We partner with top-tier freight carriers (Canada Post, Day & Ross FedEx or Purolator) to ensure your product is delivered to you as quickly as possible, based on your location and the shipping origin.
• During the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery options and estimated lead time. Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
• For all orders with a total amount of $650 CAD or more, an Adult Signature is required for delivery. This means that someone must be present to sign for the order. The recipient must be 19 years old or older and must present valid government-issued photo identification.
• Please note that our carriers may offer additional delivery options, and some items may also require a signature upon delivery.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recycling Shipping Materials

Almost all products shipped out to customers are packaged in reused cardboard boxes with reused packaging materials. The cardboard boxes and packaging materials come from suppliers to ohcanadasupply.ca, which get a second life when they are used again to ship products out to our customers.

• To qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, your order must be a total of $100 or more (before any taxes and fees) and under 22 KG^*.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will have a free shipping option provided at checkout along with other billable shipping options if expedited shipping is required.
• Orders must ship to a single address only and cannot be split intentionally to receive free shipping. ohcanadasupply.ca reserves the right to make the determination of such types of orders and reject them if they are deemed to exist.
• Due to costs associated with shipping, this offer excludes locations in Canada considered “remote areas” by Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator. If, however, you're uncertain as to whether or not you're in a designated remote location, just email us anytime at sales@ohcanadasupply.ca.
• ohcanadasupply.ca reserves the right to reject any shipment from this offer in the event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy. In all of these cases, we will notify you of any freight charges that need to be paid prior to shipping out your order.
• Ohcanadasupply.ca reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.

* The greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight
NOTE: Volumetric Weight - The bigger an item is, the more room it takes up on a vehicle or aircraft, and therefore the more it costs to send. If an item is large but light, the price will be based on the size rather than the weight.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund (provided the product is undamaged).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returned items must be in the original packaging.
• When returning an item, include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.
• Returns received at ohcanadasupply.ca may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
• If you receive a refund, your original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
• If your order was shipped under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
• A refund will only be issued after the above conditions have been met.

Final Sale Policy

• All items marked as "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
• Non-returnable products include: Any discontinued, Hazardous Chemicals, customized, Cut-to-Length, Made-to-Order or Assembled Products.

Once we receive your item:

• We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you (via email) of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• Typically, you will receive the credit within 10 business days, but this time can vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

You are responsible for returning the item to ohcanadasupply.ca in its original condition, along with any associated costs.

• ohcandasupply.ca sells high-quality products that are built to last. In the rare event of a warranty claim, we encourage you to deal directly with the manufacturer. Warranty information is available on the manufacturers' websites. Specific exceptions are noted in each of the manufacturers' product warranties.

• ohcanadasupply.ca shall, in no event, be liable for injuries (accidental or otherwise), death to persons, damage to property, or incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
